Change? But Why?

Let's have a conversation not that easy

Let's talk about change without being queasy

It's something many of us fear

Though some of us hold it very dear

It sometimes requires a trigger and a spark

To move into the light and leave the dark

It comes in all possible shapes and sizes

Small or big, it's still a prize

It is what helps us to evolve and grow

To come across things that we don't know

It requires consistent efforts

To unlearn and relearn, are not desserts

It is important that you believe

Your actions count, they're not naive

You have two options to pick

Either Do something or nothing, there's no trick

If you see something unacceptable

Don't turn a blind eye and be respectable

There is importance in the choices you make now

Because that is to what the future will bow

So Don't wait for others to take the first step

You can be the change, even without outside help
